Paul Holley and other
expert tutors 'work-shopped' The Peacemakers, a powerful choral
work by Sir Karl Jenkins, which culminated
in a full concert performance with a 120-strong choir accompanied by a
select (and multi-tasking!) chamber orchestra on
Sunday 9th June 2019.
Most of those enthusiastic music-makers who joyfully
performed The Armed
Man in 2013 - also under Paul Holley's inspirational direction
- returned to take part in this companion work. We were especially pleased to
welcome many newcomers to this type of choral event, and look forward to
meeting them again.
