This weekend of choral
workshops in beautiful Port Macquarie provided an opportunity to learn, perform
-- or just to experience as a member of the audience -- the magnificent 'The Armed Man - A Mass for
Peace' by renowned composer Karl Jenkins.
Choral singers from across Australia enjoyed
two days of musical immersion, culminating in a massed choir performance
on the concert stage of Port Macquarie’s world-class
Glasshouse Theatre, conducted by Paul Holley with full orchestral
accompaniment, at 7.00 pm on
Sunday 9th June.
